Description
The project consisted of a new, 700m² library building at Emmaus College Rockhampton (Yaamba Rd). The building comprised an open plan library, group study rooms, IT office and chapel.

The building is air conditioned by a combination of rooftop package units and VRF heat pump systems.

​The building features a large exposed supply air duct and suspended light fittings, custom designed to achieve architectural requirements.
