Description
The existing Maroochydore Coles supermarket was completely refurbished internally, in keeping with the latest branding and store layout. The store has a very large floor area, and is one of the flagship stores for the brand in Australia. 

Lighting was upgraded to new energy-efficient fittings, and the bakery, meat prep, deli and fresh produce areas were all updated. 

The existing air conditioning plant was upgraded as part of the works, as well as other fire-safety systems. All of the work was carried out while keeping the store trading throughout construction.
