Description South/City/SQ is a significant urban renewal development which, on completion, will comprise of six residential towers and boutique hotel surrounding a centre green square.
This multi-stage project will deliver over 800 residential apartments, commercial office space, multi-level carpark and 1200sqm of retail, including a Woolworths supermarket, Angelika Film Centre, childcare, health and wellness centres, restaurants, cafes, and retail stores.
