Description Proxima is part of the Lumina commercial cluster within in the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct (GCHKP).
Proxima is a purpose-built children’s specialist health and education building comprising 9 levels, including 2 levels of basement carparking, commercial space and childcare centre.
The building was designed to achieve a 5-Star NABERS Energy Commitment Agreement.
