Description This state-of-the-art warehouse facility is located within Frasers Property’s premium industrial estate, Vantage Yatala. The development consists of a 26,000sqm warehouse, including 1000sqm of office space.
The Cushway Blackford team worked closely with the client to provide a modern solution that balanced functionality, safety and sustainability. The project was designed and built to achieve a 5-star Green Star rating.
Within the warehouse, a performance-based smoke hazard management system was incorporated for effective potential fire response. Occupant comfort is improved by industrial high volume, low speed fans, strategically placed to ensure comfortable working conditions. The office spaces are air conditioned by an energy efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system, ensuring optimal comfort for occupants while meeting sustainability goals.
